What is Fitness Boot Camp?
Fitness Boot Camp is a 4 week weight loss program to help you achieve your fitness goals. It incorporates healthy living, fitness instruction, and group motivation and encouragement. It is run by,Nate Belcher, who has 16 years experience as a Certified Personal Fitness trainer. He is also is a Clinical Massage Therapist, and a Certified Martial Art Instructor.
What is the structure of your Boot Camp sessions?
Each class begins with a warm up. Then we begin our workout that combines cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and flexibility training. You are tested at the beginning and the end of each 4 week session to measure your improvements. The test includes your best time for a 1 mile run/walk, push ups and sit ups done in 2 minutes.
How often does the Boot Camp meet?
The Boot Camp is available different times during a week. Our "Morning" session are at 5:30, 6:30am. and also 7pm Monday, and Wednesday . Each of the sessions is one hour. We start and end promptly. All we need is 4 people start a new session.
Where does Boot Camp meet?

When does your Boot Camp sessions start?

What is the cost for your Boot Camp?
4 Week Package
The"Morning" and After work session has a fee of $160. That’s semi-private training for about $20 per session.
